By using VibeShift you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
VibeShift is a web-based party game. A free tier is available. "PRO" unlocks additional content via a weekly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Stripe. The specific plans and prices shown in the app at the time of purchase apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Some content — including the "Spicy" vibe and the highest intensity levels — is for users 18+. By confirming access you represent that you are 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring everyone in your play group consents to the content you choose.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer entitlements, or use it to harass or harm others. Party dares should always be consensual and safe. Do not spam, flood, or attempt to crash rooms or games.
The game, its design, and curated card content are owned by VibeShift and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Card suggestions: if you submit a card idea, you grant VibeShift a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish it in the game. Suggestions are reviewed before use, and submitting does not guarantee inclusion. Only submit content you have the rights to, and never content that is unlawful, hateful, harmful, or sexual involving minors.
In-game content: chat messages, answers, votes, and player names you write are visible to others in your room and are kept only while the room is active. You can report cards, messages, and answers in-game; we may remove reported content and restrict access where these Terms are violated.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of VibeShift is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda. If a consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be limited by these Terms, those rights continue to apply in full.
